The Phi Sigma Rho Foundation’s Annual Founders’ Day Virtual 5K is coming up! Join sisters from across the country in completing a virtual 5K while supporting the Phi Sigma Rho Foundation. The 5K is open to everyone - including people outside of Phi Rho! Not a runner? No worries! Register for the fun run/walk category
What Is a Virtual 5K?
A Virtual 5K allows participants to participate from anywhere in the world at a time that fits their schedule. Participants will complete their 5K anytime during the week of September 19th - September 28th. 5Ks can be completed on a pre-mapped route outside, on a track, on a treadmill, or wherever makes sense for the participant! After completing the 5K, times & distances from a tracker (such as an Apple Watch, FitBit, treadmill screen, etc) will be submitted to the Foundation through a designated form. Times from participants in the competitive category will then be reviewed and a winner will be announced.
