Learn how to take advantage of your company's matching programs to support the Phi Sigma Rho Foundation
Employee match programs are a benefit that companies offer to encourage and reward giving among their staff. Think of this as free money you are empowered to employ on behalf of your community and the world. Most companies will match an employee’s gift to a charity one-to-one, but others match gifts two-to-one, and some even match donations three-to-one! This means that your gift to a charity can be worth two to four times as much as you donate.
Corporate Matching Programs (also referred to as Employee Match Programs or Company Match Programs) are philanthropic programs that many companies offer to encourage their employees to give to causes that causes that matter to them. When an employee makes a gift to a charity, the employee with also donate to that charity -- usually matching the amount given by the employee (or more)! This means that your donation can also trigger a second donation to be made to the chairty of choice.
