We have two positions that will be open beginning this July: Secretary and VP of Publicity. Thse board positions are a 4 year term. We have monthly phone conference calls, and they usually last about an hour. We also have two Face to Face (FTF) meetings a year, one in late February / early March, and the other is at Conference / Convention, wherever it may be. The first FTF is usually a central location depending on where everyone lives.
